He is a well known asshole among the circle.  Owner doesn't want to make friend with him and also doesn't want to make enemy with him as he will write fake review to bad mouth them.  Instead, they'll just pay him the money(Ad) and get rid of him.  The whole circle, especially a few occasions some mm told me he acts like a King, the keeper already offered him free pussy, arranged the time for him so no business at that particular time since he is expected to take the pussy for free and write a review, but when he gets there and the girl opened the door, he just take a look and walk away.  What an asshole.  First off, the owner already can't do business at that time, Second, no review, and last but not least, the owner still have to pay the girl for the lost of her time.  
And even worse, he sometimes will go back and write a bad review about that girl he saw under a fake account.  Why he do that?  He got paid by other competitor to bad month their opponent.  There are too many to say...

I never heard much about extortion, until some senior jap police dude talked about how shiller will extort girls and threaten gigs with reviews and pictures and into rapist acts is stuff I never heard about until he mentioned it, but how would one know if he doesn't do it himself.  And I wonder who that police dude is really talking about?
